Meyrav Wurmser is the director of the Center for Middle East Policy at the Hudson Institute. She is the former director of the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), and has taught political science at John Hopkins University and the United States Naval Academy. Wurmser regularly appears on radio and television broadcast, including BBC, Fox News, CNN, PBS, and CNBC. She has written numerous books and monographs on Israel, the Arab world, and Zionism, and has published articles in such publications as the Weekly Standard, the Middle East Quarterly, the Washington Times, the Middle East Journal and Middle East Insight. Wurmser’s books include: Building Free Societies in Iraq and Afghanistan (Hudson Institue, 2004) and The Schools of Ba'athism--a Study of Syrian Schoolbooks (MEMRI, 2000).
